Dean's Message - Dr. Michel Delorme
Welcome, Bienvenue, Aanii!
I want to take this opportunity to welcome incoming students to the 2023-2024 academic year! While this year will be an unprecedented one, your team at the Faculty of Management has been busy preparing for what will become a first year to remember! You are the first cohort to experience big changes in the post-secondary education system. This fall will be challenging in many unique and novel ways - we encourage you to learn, ask questions and reach out if you need help, support and guidance. We recognize that you will never have the opportunity to compare to the old way, the way it was or the way things got done in the past. Instead, you have envious opportunity to lead the change that will follow you and your class throughout your academic career and into the future of the workforce!
You will get to meet and know classmates, faculty members and support team first virtually and then hopefully in the future, in person. What you need to know is that your new family here at Laurentian University and the Faculty of Management, no matter what discipline you are studying, is here for you.
Please engage, challenge and learn! Join us with your energy, your passion and your experiences to enrich your educational career as well as that of your classmates, help improve our impact on socially responsible business education and lead the innovative change necessary in today's business climate.
